These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website www.examrehearsal.com (the “Site”) and the online examination revision platform and related services (collectively, the “Services”) provided by GRM Solutions Limited (“we”, “us”, “our” or “Exam Rehearsal”), a New Zealand company. The Services include practice tests for high school exams, college entrance tests, professional certifications, and other educational assessments organised by continent and country.
By accessing or using the Site or Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Site or Services.
Account: A registered user account on the Site.
Content: All practice tests, questions, answers, explanations, and other educational materials made available through the Services.
Personal Information: Information about an identifiable individual as defined in the Privacy Act 2020 (NZ).
User, you, or your: Any individual or entity accessing or using the Site or Services.
Your Content: Any content you upload, submit, or transmit through the Services (e.g., test responses or feedback).
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the Services. If you are under 18, you may need parental or guardian consent in some cases.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Accounts that violate these Terms.
The Services allow you to browse, purchase, and complete practice tests with unlimited retakes for 12 months from purchase (unless otherwise stated). Tests have no time limits and are created by certified educators.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Services and Content solely for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes.

Prices are listed on the Site (typically NZD $2.50–$9.95 per test). All prices are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. Purchases are non-refundable except as required by the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (NZ) or where we otherwise agree in writing.
We use third-party payment processors. You agree to their terms and that we are not responsible for their acts or omissions. We do not store full payment card details.
All Content, the Site, and the Services (including logos, designs, and software) are owned by us or our licensors and protected by New Zealand and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
Severability: If any provision is invalid, the rest remain in force.
No Waiver: Failure to enforce a right does not waive it.
Entire Agreement: These Terms (including the Privacy section) constitute the entire agreement.
